Returns
We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. Once an order ships all sales are final.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipping and will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.  Once shipped all sales are final.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.  No refunds based on personal dislike of color, design or scent will be issued.
